Special Conditions:
Payment must be paid at time of booking. Adults only. Check in time 2:00pm, check out times 10:00am. A minimum of 3 nights is charged for short stays. *Check in/out times can be flexible if no back to back bookings.

 

 
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 30-45 days before date of arrival a 45% cancellation fee applies.

If cancelled 0-29 days before date of arrival, no refund is given.

COVID-19 Policy:  

Our COVID-19 policy:  Accommodation charges are fully refundable if travel arrangements are disrupted by Government-imposed Covid-19 travel restrictions up to 14 days before arrival and transferable right up to your scheduled arrival date, except where permission to enter Christmas Island has been denied due to failure to show proof of vaccination. Please ensure that your travel insurance covers any unforeseen additional accommodation charges should your stay be extended due to compulsory quarantine/self-isolation measures or restrictions implemented during your visit. (Our standard cancellation policy applies for cancellations due to any other reason.)
